Mr. Morales is a native El Pasoan, received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso in May 2000. He began his professional career in July 1999 as an instructor of mariachi music in the Socorro Independent School District, where he later taught math until May 2004. Mr. Morales received his law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since May 2008 in his hometown of El Paso, Texas.
